I open markets
Germany & Lithuania entered as new export destinations
HELSINKI, FINLAND
01 / 139 years across international B2B, export and commercial analytics. Founder. Operational excellence in practice.

02About
COMMERCIAL THINKING. PRACTICAL IMPACT.
My path started in food science and grew into international trade, marketing and business development. Working across coffee, tea, natural products and testing services taught me to connect technical understanding with commercial needs.
Today, based in Helsinki, I bring that experience to analytics and process improvement. I am interested in the details that make growth work: a clearer decision, a better handover, a process that gives people time to focus on what matters.

10Better ways of working
I apply DMAIC thinking to everyday work: define the problem, measure what happens, analyse the causes, improve the process and put controls in place. In high-volume restaurant shift operations, this means paying attention to handovers, bottlenecks and avoidable rework. My focus is on reducing waste and using data to support decisions — without losing sight of the people doing the work.
